Very busy couple of weeks, but the best kind of busy; ENLIGHTENING! I will start with Friday the 6th - a wonderful production titled Post Up put on by T. Lang Dance. This was a true multimedia experience combining the musical composition of John Osburn, audio/visual cues by systems engineer Deigratia Daniels, and the raw talent of T. Lang Dance Company. More information about T. Lang's works can be found here. My complete gallery of images can be viewed here

Friday the 13th - not such a bad day at all...I was able to meet up with Akilah Richards (see my previous blog entry titled "A Chance Meeting") in Little 5 Points for the Henna Party preceding her Radical Self-Expression Summit. All Henna art was created by multi-talented artist Chiiirp:

...and finally on the 14th (Saturday), the uplifting Radical Self-Expression Summit put together by Akilah Richards. This summit celebrated the contributions of 9 extraordinary Atlanta women entrepreneurs as well as anyone else who are not afraid to radically express themselves. Visual artists, musical artists, starters of movements...this was an event for the ages!
