1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by IAP Retreats ("we," "us," or "our").
1.2 By booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 To confirm your booking, a deposit (determined per retreat) is required at the time of booking.
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date.
2.3 If the full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations by the client must be made in writing or email and will be effective on the date received by us.
3.2 Cancellation fees apply as follows:

More than 180 days before departure: 100% refund of the total price.
179 days or less before departure: no refund. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance with “cancellation for any reason” coverage

3.3 In the event of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or alternative travel arrangements.

4. Changes to Booking

4.1 If you wish to make changes to your booking, you must inform us in writing or by email.
4.2 We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients.
5.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, and other potential losses or damages.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
6.2 It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically and physically fit to participate in the trip.

7. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documentation

7.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documentation.
7.2 We are not liable for any costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with entry requirements.

8. Conduct

8.1 You must adhere to the laws and regulations of the countries visited.
8.2 We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the trip if your behavior is deemed detrimental to the group or the success of the trip.

9. Liability

9.1 We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by you during the trip, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the trip.

10. Complaints

10.1 If you have a complaint during the trip, you must notify our representative immediately.
10.2 We will make every effort to resolve your complaint on the spot. If the issue cannot be resolved, you must submit a written complaint within 30 days of the end of the trip.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America.
11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12.2 The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of the update.
